Great news! As a long term fanboy I’m aware my critical faculties may have become skewed so it is good to hear others enjoying the quality too. Thanks for taking the time.

How did you find the PN and UHF?

The UHF is pretty sturdy too i am used to carhartt and samurai the UHF blows them both out of the water. PN git kind of weird until i wore it in the shower and spent a little time stretching it. Next order will be the 21oz 634 most likely possibly 21oz 888

The Papa’s designs are old school so they sometimes feel a little off at first, compared to more fashion driven gear, kind of like some of Haraki-san’s stuff when it’s new. Soaking, washing and wear normally sorts that out, on both counts.

                        Which UHF?

I really like the hat a lot now it took a day to get used to it. UHF is gray x black I have my eye on the green x black but I think XXL will be too big and i was advised against repeated hot wash and dry. I was thinking that that might shrink it down to an XL. Any experience with this?

UHF’s shrink about half a size with a good old fashioned hot wash. That is no problem at all and won’t damage the shirt.

You may get a full size if you nuke it and then chuck it in the tumble dryer but that will affect the fabric negatively I suspect.

I've been reluctant to try this but I want to thank you for the input, the advice.  I'm often in between sizes and sometimes I'm looking for a bit more room.  If I size up than shirt needs a shrink, a bit.  But I've not wanted to ruin one, they are costly obviously and beautiful.  I should try harder to beat them up, use the stuff for its purpose, not pamper but care for it. Thanks to neph93 for the experience, it's how we learn.

Yes thank Reuben for being so helpful. I find these pants fit like dickies 874 but much more comfortable and i am assuming they will last a hell of a longer time
