I made a bunch of food, that originally doesn't fit together, but it tasted fantastic.

Steak with coleslaw, whisky sauce (Tomatin 15 YO) olive bread, olives, feta, salad with peanuts, pizza leftovers, self made creme brulee. The flaming part is the most fun of it

Got me a helper, little missus cutting potatoes

diced and spiced

wrapped meat in the foil

into the owen

yup - that's the ones . . . get them soaked and get them into a nice tomato and garlic sauce (olive oil, black pepper, sugar, thyme, oregano and parsley) = gigantes!

well I know there's been some there's been some hefty shipping activity, but jeez . . .

and of course chile is what the chili pepper is known in some parts of the world - from which said dish is derived - so i just assumed that's what you meant
