Dirt is probably their best album imo. The EP’s are good if you’re looking for a more acoustic vibe. I quite like the album that features Duvall in his vocal debut….Black something something.

I would just check YouTube and look for their full albums.

Jerry Cantrell, their guitarist/vocalist also wears IH [emoji106]

I agree with @gaseousclay, Dirt is hands down their best album. Which relates to my point I was making regarding the 90's….so many classic albums and/or bands were created in that decade. Dirt (Alice In Chains), Core (Stone Temple.Pilots) Blood Sugar Sex Magic (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Badmotorfinger (Soundgarden), Rage Against The Machine (Rage Against The Machine), Black Album (Metallica), Vulgar Display of Power (Pantera), Ten (Pearl Jam)...the list goes on

Many.of these albums are albums where you can literally listen to them from start to finish and are easily each bands best piece of work.

Really like most of what you posted…Korn,STP,Pearl Jam,Nirvana and Metallica. Saw Soundgarden and could never really get into them. Don’t know much about Pantera.Saw Chris Cornell open for Linkin Park, and when he joined LP on stage for a song he was fantastic.

Hands down, the Jar of Flies EP. While only 7 songs, and a hair over 30 minutes, I have always thought it their best work. Generally, once I've started playing it, I can't help but listen to the entirety of it. It's been referred to as an acoustic release, and while there is a bit of acoustic instrumental work, I believe that reference is very misguided. You may recognize the songs I Stay Away, No Excuses, and Don't Follow, because of fairly extensive air play. Pay particular attention to the second track, Nutshell. Since Staley's death, I have felt it was premonition of things to come.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

@Jett129 , I will add, I am by no means forsaking AIC's other work. Facelift and Dirt are long time favorites, as well. Listening to the 3 albums I mentioned, chronologically if possible, would give a excellent impression of their work and musical progression.

RIP Mark Hollis. Commercially successful in the 80s, but went on to make some interesting music later….
