My friend runs a restaurant.  It is through her that I get really amazing beef at giveaway prices.  Next week she is closing the restaurant to do something else with her life.  I panicked that my cheap source of good meat was going to end.  So we did a deal, I swapped a pair of jeans for one of her freezers and it's being filled full of beef (2, 3 and 4 ribs and loads of sirloin, rump and rib-eye).  I have to pick the freezer shortly, pics will follow….

It was a ridiculously good deal on The Bay.  Barlow Tyrie Teak, Table, 8 arm chairs, lazy susan - retail about USD9,000 - I paid USD1200 delivered.  Yep was not new, so only about 50 years life left
