Something totally unexpected happened today. I was having lunch and a guy walked by with big cuffs in his jeans. I noticed they were selvedge, so I glanced up to see what brand. He was wearing Iron Heart! This is the first time I've ever spotted IH in the wild. I was so stunned, I didn't even say anything.
I might be more likely to say something if they were wearing an IH top versus denim. I try to put myself in someone’s shoes and ask myself, would I be more weirded out if a stranger complimented my jeans or my shirt/jacket? Definitely the former for me [emoji848]

I've been denim-bombed twice, and it was so random and quick… Which is good. No way in hell I would ramble on with a stranger about the finer points of warp, weft, and whatnot. But, I have never spotted anyone else wearing IH

A few months ago I mentioned to Maddy about Haraki san working at Edwin years in the past before IH existed, and she got soooo excited…
Why?
She has these nostalgic memories of Edwin commercials when Brad Pitt was the face of the brand... There are DOZENS of these commercials...

I’m running the Southport Turkey Trot this morning. It’s my first 5 mile race. It’s about 15 degrees F out there. Wish me luck.

To support the "sustainable fashion" movement, a teacher I wearing the same dress to work for 100 days straight.
I've been considering something like this, as an exercise in humility… I sweat a lot though..... which is likely just a crafty excuse to not do it.
