UES denim jacket. A couple of year's wear on and off. Nice fading and broken chain stitch on the cuff

I got the Flannel still for sale, don't know if I ever posted it up though….

UES flannels are top notch. I really like their weave-especially how many are dense but not brushed. Eventually I'll manage to get a Black Elk to compare but my understanding is that they are in the same ballpark.
Un saludo!

Cool(er) day last Sunday so got the UES shirt out. Had a friend visiting for the weekend who planned to ride his new R6 down but the weather put an end to that - [emoji944][emoji944][emoji944]

UES has some new flannels I’ve been eyeballing for the last couple of weeks. What size do you wear @den1mhead?

@gaseousclay, see picture below with my UES shirt collection. Sizing is superimposed on the hangers

They have some great flannel colorways and patterns.

Thanks @den1mhead
I'm pretty sure i'm a size 4 in their flannels. Their size charts are a little different than i'm used to so I have to get sizing info anecdotally

A bit long for my taste, a hair shorter and it would have been a proper dad look. Or Lemmy style

That was the inspiration. Together with the muskelrock festival dresscode @illo59

surely will make the best styled dude on the camping ground

Here's the text I wrote in case you're not on IG
Not one, but two new hats from @uesdenimjapan
They are both so nice. I have been looking for hats just like this for a while and they do not disappoint. The Army hat denim is grand indigo dyed and has a very soft hand. Selvedge details thoughout. The knit hat is made with an extra heavy gauge yarn and has excellent variegated indigo hues.
I am delighted with both.
The knit hat was purchased from @rivetandhide and the summer hat was purchased from @corlection

After going through this thread I am thinking of buying a UES heavy flannel shirt (502051) from Japan.
But I am a bit confused about their sizing. I looked at UES website and few Japanese online retailers - in most cases the measuring method is the same but reported sizes vary a lot. It seems UES size 2 or 3 would be good for me but not sure which one I should go for?
As reference, I wear size M in IH UHF, Large in Cushman sweatshirt, and orSlow size 2 overshirt.
I am hoping someone can share their (recent?) experience with UES heavy flannel shirts (14.5oz) and how should I approach their sizes. And, do they shrink after wash…
