The jacket came with free beer, so it’s already a winner in my book. I threw it on quick, really happy with the hand warmer pockets to keep my essentials in, the denim is very soft and broken in now, this will be perfect for my favourite bi-daily activity of…....

This is the star of today’s post, my Alsatian/ Husky/ Border Collie mix Leo.
After a summer of mainly wearing chinos , due the extreme heat, it feels great to be back in jeans. Mixed it up today with my Viberg LTT waxed flesh out oxfords and my old and battered Iron Heart “Robin Hood” hoodie.

Now on to the
shit holetown where I live, Mansfield in Nottinghamshire. These are the stunning vistas from my local park…..
And this is where I spend a lot of time waiting for Leo to finish his favourite hobby of taking a dump in the bushes, and sniffing other dogs bottoms…..
Finally for today, Mansfield is a place so high on culture that we have signs warning the natives of the penalty they can expect for publicly defacating on a local park.
More fun to follow, i’m not doing anything special tomorrow but on Friday me and Tommy will take you on a tour of the city of Nottingham.

So it could be less than a thousand pounds for shifting in the park? What decides the severity of said penalty? If the person attempts to leave the toilet paper that they wiped with? Size of movmement?

Grand start to the leg, I do like a bit of kitchen sink realism and Mansfield never fails to deliver. Those skies at dawn seem far too idyllic though, can we have some grey clouds pregnant with the sense of impending anarchy?
With regards to the defecating @Matty123 I suspect that yellow+streaky>brown+clumpy.

So today’s task took me to the wonderful city of Nottingham. It was only a flying visit to pick up a new winter coat for the boy so i’m hoping to have a more in depth look at Nottingham for you in the next few weeks, but for now…..
We “enjoyed” some local transport to get us the 14 mile ride into the city.
Tour jacket was on deck…
As we got into the city it looks like it will be embracing Halloween this year. When I was a kid Halloween was never a huge thing in the UK like is in the states, but as years go by it seems we get closer to “going the full Yank” in this regard.
The old city hall is a pretty impressive building.
For today’s culinary treat we dropped into Five Guys, great burgers for the “amazing” price of £24 for two burgers, one fries and a single soft drink. Although, this is the only place we can get Cherry/ Vanilla Dr Pepper which does make it almost worth it.

As we were looking for a coat for the boy I got dragged into Lacoste and took advantage of their mirror to try my own hand at a fit pic. Tommy’s was probably better in all fairness.
Finally from today’s trip, this is Victoria crossing, Nottingham’s answer to Piccadilly Circus, Times Square and Shibuya crossing.
