This jacket has definitely filled the black-jacket slot for me, if that helps convince you to pick this up   But seriously, only having two indigos is very risky.  I have to recommend you get a third, just in case!

Ha. I also have the 526-sbg to fill the black slot, but as that's black/grey, I reckon I can justify a black/blue.

Classic 21oz, Indigo/Indigo 18oz, Olive whipcord, and this OD 19oz lefty sounds like a good well rounded collection of jackets yeah?

Do you have a brown cotton duck jacket?  I get the most compliments on that jacket (2526J). That brown duck plays so well with blue denim!

Nothing wrong with a solid jacket rotation. +1 for the duck. Versatile af and super stylish.

Paul, I believe the 18oz is the upcoming type II.

I guess that would be the yet another excellent option. And to answer your question, its the type II coming out later this year.
