My son starts t-ball today. Should be fun

It’s been since October that I set my goal to get my Real Estate license, and life had gotten in the way around the holidays.

In April, my wife reminded me of my goal, and I put my nose to the grindstone.

Happy to say I passed both of my tests first try (somewhat rare these days) and officially received my first license installment, today, to assist people in the sale and purchase of real estate.

So… if anyone wants to buy a beach house, Fishing camp on the bay, or move next to me, holler at ya boy [emoji41]

I think some people have Stockholm syndrome from using android for too long. iOS is clearly a better system.
