Today we visited the Breitach Klamm. A truely magnificent sight. The pictures don‘t do it justice.

The kids decided to have a fight at 6:15 this morning, so we grown ups decided that, if we are up anyways, we can visit Schloss Neuschwanstein before the tourist madness starts.

Turned out, that even at 8:00 it is allready madness.

Nice sight on the way to the castle.

Up there it was even more tourist madness.

We didn‘t bother to go to the Marien bridge to get the Disney view at the castle after we finished our tour through it, because by 11:45 it looked like 20k people where on their way to the bridge.

Waiting for the wife and kids to get ready to go bow shooting on some kind of special parkour. A little change from hiking and sightseeing every day.

Turned out that my wife is a natural born Katniss Everdeen, while I‘m a total waste of arrows.

After bow shooting we made a steep ascent to the Hundlskopfhütte we had some Kaiserschmarren and a thoughtful stare over the valley.

That jacket has looked great on everyone,this tour has been absolutely fantastic. That jacket had been my fall back in case the corduroy jacket didn't work out.

Today we visited the ruins of Castle Eisenberg und Hohenfreyberg and visited two huts, for the kids to collect the last two stamps to get their golden hiking needle. They walked 6 or 7 km today without complaining to much, even though we did walk a lot the last 5 days. I‘m very proud of them.

At first it was much to warm for a jacket, but after we ate at the second hut and I had to walk back alone to get the car (because the kids couldn’t walk anymore) it was fresh enough to wear it.

Jacket really suits you

Today we visited the ruin of castle Ehrenberg and the Line179 bridge (Europe‘s largest rope bridge).

The ruin of castle Ehrenberg is beautiful and full of green. The view from there is pretty amazing.

The rope bridge was great fun for the kids and me. My wife is not a big fan of heights. She made it to the other side, but refused to take pictures on the way, so it is mostly crappie selfies and pictures my eight year old daughter took.

Last evening in the Alps. Tomorrow we head to the Playmobil Fun Park for two days and then home again.

My son liked it here very much. He even said he would like to move here. To bad I can not work here, it is realy beautiful here.

Of course you can… move to Austria. We do have mountains, a IH Flagship store and there is a big Cigar Shop in Graz as well... what else do you need?

Bump. Where are you jacket??

Currently on the way to MaxPower. It has been continuously over 30 degrees Celsius here, since we returned from the alps, so that I did not even touch it in that time.
