@Max Power how do you like the BR shorts? I bought a pair of this season's gold tiger stripe camo and I have to say they are nowhere near the quality product I expect from that brand. The finish and stitching aren't up to previous years. Maybe larger production runs mean they are taking their eye of the ball?
That said, I also just bought a BR m42 jacket/shirt and it is great.

@Stuart.T Hm, hard to tell. They are not on par with Real McCoys but given the price I didn't expect that (around 120 USD shipped). They don't have any flaws, but it's just not that top notch Feeling as RMC has. But then, it's an army short so it could also be seen as authentic finish.

@Max Power that is my issue with them. They ate meant to be mil spec, but the material is super thin and the stitching at stress points pretty week.
I've looked at RMC but they don't tend to go to my size (37"). The NEC tee I bought last week also shrunk 2 sizes on a 20 c 30 min cycle with a line dry. Now it doesn't fit. The guy in the London real McCoy store sa8d it won't shrink with a 'careful wash….like he'll it didn't!...waste of £90!

@Stuart.T Ok, the material on mine is pretty durable, not thick but substantial. Surely better than most other Shorts I own (with the exception of IH).

This is what has prevented me from trying BR or RMC. I'd read something about quality or sizing and it has put me off. For mil spec clothing i'd expect them to be bullet proof, especially when you're paying premium prices. I suppose i'll try them someday

@gaseousclay If you didn't try Mc Coys yet - do it. They offer really high Quality and it might just be my second favourite brand after IH.

@mclaincausey nice shorts bro. I bought a pair of RMC Sateen olive drab shorts this weekend thanks to @Max Power recommendation. Really nice. These look great…not this season though right? I tried to find a pair and can't.
