very impressed with the por vs mar game. ronaldo is absolute quality but his defence could do a lot better. must be tiring carrying the team.. i felt portugal were extremely wasteful and mar could've had a couple of goal. not to mention pepe getting hit by a bus. wonder how long he'll be out for. hahaha

I think Ronaldo's quality is tempered by some needless diving. Witness his blatant attempt to win a penalty towards the end of the match….
This is the knock on Ronaldo for sure. He was even worse earlier on in his career in my opinion. I think I recall him actually getting red carded a few times when he was at Man United for some of his dives.
