Our chihuahuas love everyone!  It's a running joke that Mia would hop into a car with a stranger and be like, "Are we going home, now?"  My brother-in-law's family have had six chihuahuas over the years, and most of them would hop in anyone's lap who would let them.

It's a wonderful shirt.  I found it on Rakuten or Yahoo Auctions in Japan. I never even knew it existed!  One of my favorite pieces now.
