Wash when visibly dirty or smells is a solid approach for clothing, except for underthings and socks. Some of the suits I wear daily have never been washed/drycleaned. Worsted wool does not require much more than an occasional, vigorous brushing.

It's IHT-1805 - our 7.5oz printed t-shirts have the following naming convention:

IHT-NNnn

Where NN = 2 digit year
and nn = sequential model number

So IHT-1805 is the 5th of the 2018 printed 7.5oz t's….
