Not sure where you're at in MD. I spent a month in DC a few years ago and best pizza found was Mama Lucias in Silver Spring… NY style, but I've never been to NY so I won't claim whether that's truly the case or not.

I might check that out. My stepson goes to school in Silver Spring. I work in Rockville and I live in Bowie

the shin of beef course at Wisharts in Edinburgh is the best cow i have eaten bar none, but the Ritz in Paris is my favourite restaurant . . . it's totally over the top but the food is great and the service is tremendous

other than that, fish 'n chips in Cadiz

Ooh SD kid! California burrito el grande is where its at!
Also I reccommend pho at pho ca dao way better then saigon or try pho hoa, down at 52nd ST! (Live right there hah)

3-4 cms?.. Not the regular small ones… You gotta soak these for a night for starters...

do you guys know "doner kebab" in the US ?

well it's just everything with what a doner kebab is stuffed with (lamb, salat, coleslaw, onions and fries), on a pizza

Never have come across that particular shop. But it sounds/looks delicious.

We do have a place called "kebab shop" which is great. But on a pizza is genius.  Needs to be imported.

^well actually it isn't a shop. "doner kebab" is the actual the name of that "thing" here in germany (actually called "döner kebab") …

maybe you can ask the guys at "kebab shop" to put all of the stuff on a pizza+fries...believe me, i could have this everyday
