Found myself in Chicago for the evening.  Finally made it out to Dovetail Brewing and I have to say I was truly blown away.

Had the Hefeweizen and the Rauchbier and both were perfectly executed.  Definitely check these folks out if in the area…

Orval: Orval 2017 for my brother. He's pretty conservative beerwise but loves Oerbier and Orval...
Oerbier tasting glass: me mum didn't have a beer, but prosecco... I still love her. Kind of.
