Can confirm, thumbs sore the first week.  But I cut carbs and did some intermittent fasting to drop the weight sabergirl.

Leather is so thick I can't do the buttons except for button one. Anyone got any tips?

yeah !! try harder… helpful, I know... you could knead the leather a bit to soften it...

@Niro  Try to make the button holes a little larger by using a butter knife to open up the holes.
This is what I did to My IH-526L so I could button it up. The fit is spot on for you. LOOKS GOOD.

My next Iron Heart may be this jacket  along with IH-666D jeans. Look out the wallet will be empty.
