Decided to hop on the sous vide bandwagon…

Cookbook arrives tomorrow, and the thingamajig arrives Saturday.

Hopefully this makes meal prep easier, and chicken breast tastier. Not to mention, the steaks @Hadto555 has been posting look AMAZING. And, I'm sure Maddy will find plenty of other interesting things to make using it.

Haven't done it myself, at home, but one of the restaurants I work with gets fantastic results with octopus sous vide.
