IH-777-SB - Superblack 21oz Denim Super Slim Tapered

I just pulled the trigger on a pair of these. This will be my first experience with the Superblack denim and also with the 777 cut. I would've went with the 666 but I can't go back to a zipper fly and the measurements on this pair looked pretty close other than the lower rise. Here's hoping that I can get away with wearing these at work. These will either be my most-worn or my least-worn pair of IH denim lol.

So far so good wearing these at work. I think I'll be fine except when the owner is in town, which is about two months total out of the entire year. The fit is good, I still prefer the 666 cut but these aren't really that far off. I could use about .5" more rise but I can live with them for sure. They have a bit more room in the top block than the 666 cut which I do appreciate. I'll post fit pics when my schedule calms down a bit. If anyone is interested, anyway. Crickets in here…

Please do post! I'd love to try the 777 one day, doubt it's a good fit for me though. In the meantime, I can live vicariously through others fit pics… ::)

Ok, I finally got around to taking a few pics. These are still pretty rigid but they are slowly softening up. The denim reminds me of the 23oz Self Edge denim on my SEXIHXLSXA13's in this respect, it took forever to soften those up.

Since I've been able to get away with wearing these at work, they get worn at least five days a week, officially making them my most-worn pair of jeans. They continue to sloooowly soften with wear, although I don't foresee them ever getting as soft as my other IH denims. They're plenty comfortable, however, and they seem to breathe almost as well as the standard 21oz denim.
This is for sure IH's most badass denim looks-wise. Combined with my IHSH-85, my black leather Simmons Bilt Roadster, and my black Red Wing boots, it's quite beguiling lol. I feel like a total badass despite being absolutely not even close.

I cancelled my order. The biggest thigh they had was too small for me so I went with the 9666Z 21oz superblacks with the biggest thigh. I'll find out today if they work as well.
