Ozark is good but I just can't help to be constantly reminded of the blatantly obvious similarities to Breaking Bad as I watch it.  Not necessarily a bad thing in general I guess, but it can turn me off a bit and give the impression it's a bit of a "rip off".  The fact that the show is good helps me get past that though and I will be watching season 2 when it drops.

If you like a sense of 'impending doom' in your shows, I also recommend Ozark.

Have never heard of Godless…just did some Googling and I'm intrigued.  I'm a sucker for good Western themed movies/shows.

Currently watching Ash vs Evil Dead. Silly slapstick horror but I like Bruce Campbell and it is kinda funny. The wood hand kills me

Ash vs. Evil Dead was super fun if one linkes stuff like that. I just found out yesterday that there will be a 3rd season and am super happy about it.

I watched the whole of Altered Carbon this week. When it was good it was great. Sadly it went to shit by the end. The occasional bad acting I can forgive but poor story-telling at critical moments and cheap hooks spoiled it. It made me sad because it’s a good book and they were close to realising it in a very cool way. I’d watch a second series if they make it.

I agree on the book; I enjoyed it quite a bit.  Too bad they couldn't nail down a solid version of it. I may watch, just to see where I think they went wrong…
