i have a lot of stupid people come through everyday. the worst ones are when they are stupid and entitled..
Scenario 1
Lady: i'd like to return this underwear because it doesn't fit.
Staff: sorry, for hygiene reasons.. you'd get the point.
Lady: but i haven't tried it on.WELL, how would you know it doesn't fit if you haven't tried them on?
Scenario 2
Lady: i'd like to return this swimwear because it doesn't fit
Staff: i'm sorry, due to hygiene reasons…
Lady: Repeats the same thing
Staff: Explains policy
Lady: Repeats it for the third time
Staff: Explains policy..a moment of silence occurs assuming the customer understood the fact
Customer then proceed to throw swimwear at staff, say whatever and walks off.

Was standing in line to get a burrito at Whole Foods the other day. The sandwich counter is just to the right of it. If you've been to a Whole Foods you know they typically have at least 7-10 different types of bread to choose from. Lady comes up to the counter and the following happens:
Lady: I need two sandwiches.
Employee: No problem. What kind of bread would you like?
Lady: White bread.
Employee: I'm sorry we don't have white bread. You can feel free to choose from any of the breads here (points to glass case of front of her with 7-10 different breads).
Lady: I want white bread. Can't you go out into the store and get a loaf from the shelf and use that?
Employee: I'm sorry the only options are here in the case.
Lady: You've got to be kidding. All I want are two sandwiches on bread.At this point I have to say something because she's making a scene, no one else is saying anything, and the employee is shackled with having to be polite rather than telling her to stop being rude.
Me: Excuse me, Why don't you stop being rude and pick one of the ten different breads right in front of your face rather than making things difficult for him (employee)?
Lady: Stares dumbfounded at me.She proceeds to get her sandwiches made by the manager who comes over to try and settle things down. The other employee who originally was helping her comes over and makes my burrito. I tell him I admire him for putting up with people like that (loud enough for the lady to hear me). He proceeds to make me the largest Whole Foods burrito of my life. Karma.

@Appfaff , that is seriously fucked up. My advice is to get extremely petty about it and waste as much of their time as possible, if it is a national chain them email their head office daily, tweet the owners, definitely do your review plan etc…
I’ve had some recent successes after poor service and rude dealings with some employees of large companies, people hate dealing with their employees fuck ups and generally will cave. Unless they’re a borderline sociopath like me

Sadly, I don’t want to ever do business with these people. I just want the stupid review gone - so no matter what I say, unless someone can track down the IP address of the google review, pinpoint it to a computer or cell phone in the Business’s vicinity, I’m not sure what else I can try to do.

And ask for the GM every single day. I would have others call to ask If this is how they treat their customers. I would be relentless. Just ask @Adam or @Alex about my previous sizing inquiriesI angry that this happened to you.
I feel that eventually the person would take it down for the annoyance that your phone calls are causing.

+1… After more than 20 years in various customer service jobs, taking up a skilled trade, again, saved my sanity. I will gladly don the hardhat, before shirt and tie, anyday.

Basically eBay screwed me over …..twice. So I bombarded all their social media accounts, emails, phone calls and I mean constant barrage......I was even annoying myself. I demanded that THEY respond to my EVERY message and enquiry, made everything public on all their social media accounts etc....
Generally was a dick.

Oof. Damn back pain flaring up again. Everytime we have temperature fluctuations my upper back hurts pretty badly. I usually try to crack my own back or end up taking ibuprofen but the discomfort still lingers. I'm convinced I have an arthritic spine, or scoliosis catching up to me in my old age.
