The vest is xxl and on the basis of my experience of 21oz so far will shrink very slightly. I'm not exactly skin and bones but I'm not too chauncy either but these picks put lbs on me!.

It's all personal taste I guess. My of the slighter folk on here like that skinny fitted look, which is Cool, but I can't pull that off.
