Just got the full scan results on Thursday, so my first PT appointment is early next week. I’m really looking forward to getting a plan and starting working again. I’ve been very careful to keep my weight down during my inactivity so while I’ve dropped muscle my body fat is low. Seems like a good place to start from.

Jesus. I’ve paused 305 x 3 High Bar but that was when I squatting regularly.

Not sure I could ever pause a low bar, or at least, not anywhere near substantial load.

Got these in the mail today…

Excuse the crotch shot. I had to run to babies-r-us so I got to try them on and move around a bit. My initial impressions… they are extremely comfortable. I love 21oz denim. I’m still undecided regarding how this cut works for me, so we’ll see how I feel after I get some miles on them. I also got this...
