Hows this shirt pairing up with Denim jeans (dark/faded)?
Thinking of picking up one but not sure how it'll look.

It looks good. The herringbone has a different look and hand to denim and the indigo colour is not the same as you typically get on jeans so it works well.

Got mine a few days ago. Beautiful shirt but a little big. Despite it being once washed I'm trying something a little risky and nuking it on a very hot wash with very low spin. We'll see how it goes…  :o

No experience with this shirt in particular, but if the herringbone fabric is anything like the olive herringbone workshirt it should shrink up a little bit in the wash.

I think it'll shrink a bit on such a hot wash. My concern though, given the indigo dying and the ease with which these fade, was streaks/crease lines. But I've had so much success with shrinking IH wabash a tried and teasted method (a thorough soaking with  the shower head, followed by a 95C machine wash and 400rpm spin), that I took the risk. I can't say for sure that is has shrunk yet as it's still drying but I've avoided any unsightly marks and it "looks" a little smaller.

The hot wash has led to some shrink, but not much. Certainly not as much as the IH wabash shrinks with the same treatment. The shirt fits ok, I could use it for layering over thick henleys in winter for example, but this material is so wonderful that I'm going to get my seamstress to take it in at the sides.

It is glorious. The only IH shirt I’ve had tailored and it’s perfect. The material is unlike any other I’ve seen.

I was wearing mine yesterday, and I agree completely.  It blows my mind that it went on clearance.

Bad news buddy. No shrinkage. My XL was also very big through the body so I did hot soak followed by a 90C (!) wash. Nothing.

I liked it so much I had it tailored instead.
