Don't let the weight fool you.  The double weave construction makes for a much warmer blanket than you could imagine.

It is quite warm, though San Antonio is hardly the best test site.  I've not used it in any rooms below about 68F.

I’ll vouch for this.  It’s been pretty cold out hear and this is definitely one of the cozier blankets we have…
