Is the Pit-to-Pit Measurement on Jean Vests the same as on Jean Jackets e.g. if a 53cm Jean Jacket Fits me does a 53cm Vest Fit too or is the Meausurement smaller on Vests ?

You should probably go smaller on the vests.  Giles will correct me if I’m wrong but I think the armholes are different. From experience, I do an L in the type III vests and XL/XXL in the jackets. Of course it also depends on how you want to wear it…

here's the link you posted of the od M65. The inside is green, although, i'm not sure if this is a different material.

the weft on the 777S14-od are green as well. Just curious if the dyeing process creates the greenish hue.

Yes, that's the lining.  And on my screen, the reverse of the IH-777S-OD looks blue…Which I would image is correct as we colour balanced all our computers here....

I ask this because Cone Mills is shutting down and I am planning to buy about 5-8 yards of denim from their White Oak shop. I was wondering if storing it for a few years will need any kind of special storage.

Maybe you can keep it in one of those big zip bags from which you can suck out the air with a vacuum cleaner.

                      Noted. Thanks!

when IH does a collab, what goes into the decision making process when you choose a brand? I'm specifically thinking of companies like Viberg, Wesco and whoever else you do leather collabs with. Obviously, Viberg and Wesco are held in high regard among boot aficianados, so it's clear that you'll only work with companies with a rock solid rep. Have there ever been any brands that have approached IHUK and asked to do a collab that you've rejected?

                          Criteria:

                          Company has integrity
                          Company has similar ethos
Company has a product or could have a product that marries well with our product range
I can deal with the actual person who makes the decisions
We both benefit equally from the relationship

Yes we have been approached by companies who I have turned down.

And, Haraki has asked me to sort out collabs with companies and I have refused because I felt for whatever reason, it was not a good idea.  Haraki is happy to leave the decisions up to me…..

The indigo 162. Sorry. It’s the whitish stitching I’m referring to. It seems a bit Silverish as well. Thanks alex
