Do not wax unless you want to lose the texture of the roughout. Waxed roughout is a thing but waxing those boots will change the appearance of the boot entirely. You can spray with good quality suede waterproofer if you want, but to be honest I'd just leave them alone. Brush out dirt and use an eraser for especially ugly marks.

Lovely boots btw. I really like the leather and the khaki stitching.

Damn those are looking fine. How would one figure out their size in these? I don't think I've ever taken a wide width in anything…

Whatever your normal US shoe/boot size is.  The E could possibly be a tad wide (unless you have very narrow feet), but that can be "fixed" with an extra inner sole….
