I'm not super wowed by the latest season of Curb, but since season 6, I always feel underwhelmed at first but then love them as I revisit them. I don't think it will ever top Seinfeld for me, but Curb is as close as it gets.  Not many people can produce a consistent and relevant show over the course of 17 years.

Any of you (UK people especially) ever watch that old show Keeping Up Appearances?

THE DEUCE is getting better and better… Ep 1x07 was the best one so far... Show has its own vibe and rhytmn and I love that...

^ It’s really great tv. I like that David Simon’s fingerprints are all over it. The Wire pops up all over, from the casting they use to some of the same storytelling techniques. And there was a concrete reference in ep.7 (property registry conversation) that made me giggle. At the same time it’s a unique show. Really immersive.

Anyone on to Mindhunters yet? Saw the first episode last night. Overall good, a little clunky at times, a little strange, but good.
