TLC - and a pretty aggressive service appointment before being driving to the Meet up in Austin, but other than the interior needing some refreshing, it's pretty solid.Was a one owner, dealer serviced, and accident free. Perhaps a true unicorn lol [emoji23]

Sorry for the lack of updates lately guys, been a busy last few days:
I've been working trying to refresh in the interior of the Land Cruiser - 15 years had taken its toll on the carpeted surfaces
Freshly cleaned
Gotten really behind in work since I had a few employees out the last few days, so I've been trying to play catch up on my marketing work and keep the gym running at the same time…
Did manage to get new furniture for our lobby at the gym - nice change and the clients are really happy about it

View from the beach - we have a photo shoot next Friday for some lifestyle images for marketing use and have been scouting out properties for some shots we want to get.
One of my coach's and her husband have a cabin in upstate Georgia and brought me back some beer from their local brewery up there:
Been touching up some rock chips in the LC and learning how to "wet sand" - I'm terrible but getting better:
