I just copped one of these beauties! I've been waiting on these since they were announced because I've really enjoyed my 178 and I need to look for non-indigo options as I rarely do the double indigo outfit.

I upgraded the snaps on the 189 to the brass option…hope it looks nice and not too contrasty. Nervous about this choice.

By the way, the heavy duty snap options are not in the same sequence in the photos and order buttons...not likely that someone will make a mistake but you never know.

I've stacked my order for the time being so it'll be a while before I get a chance to take pics of the 189 with brass snaps. But if someone in the Stubborn Crew wants to do it, I'm all for it.

If you're looking for suggestions for different colours, I'd like to see it in the ivory duck, or the bleached / overdyed 14 oz denim. The latter is appropriate given the shirt's originator's mad science experiments…

Many thanks to @Adam for finding me a Large with some extra sleeve length!  Turned my frown upside down

@neph93 Thanks for pointing out the shoulder/sleeve ratio…turns out the shoulder measurement on this is the same as my 178 which, at 19" in the Large makes the slightly shorter sleeve on that one perfect, so finding a sleeve with just a bit more length made this one possible for me.

I guess gorillas and ducks can be friends after all...

Have 2 on the way, xl and xxl. I'm 99% sure I'll be sizing up to the xxl but this is my most anticipated release of fall and want to be 100% sure. I'll try to get some A/B photos up when they come in.
