My 666s 21oz just arrived today
Since they are sanforised which don't need pre-soak. But I saw many of you guys did warm-soak before wearing. So I'm wondering is it necessary to do pre-soak? Thank guys

I bought it in October 2015. Washes? I did not keep track of it, but I believe not more than 5 washes. October 2016 I bought a Samurai and since then I switch every now and then.

Finally got around to soaking my pair. Good news is I got my sizing right!

They are still stiff as a board! My wife often refers to my jeans as "stiffies"  and these certainly qualify.

The IH-666S is now officially ENDANGERED :o (which means it will gradually be phased out as it is replaced by the IH-666S-18).

However, we will probably do another production run of missing sizes, so for now the "request an email when restocked" is still enabled.

We had to decide whether to continue with 2 18oz denims or cut one out.  I decided that sticking with one was a more sensible approach….

Does this mean the SH-177 and SH-178 18oz CPO's will switch to the 18oz vintage in the future too?

I have enough for about 200 somethings of the original (IH-666S) 18oz denim, the IHSH-177 and 178 are safe for a while…...

Makes sense. Does this mean that this denim is going away completely then? Not just in this cut?
