@manufc10 I've generally gone with a slimmer cut previously for one main reason and that is the aforementioned short legs, which mean a tapered leg and/or narrow hem suits me best, and most tapered cuts are slim. It's one of the reasons why I've been excited about this cut. But it also means that I've become used to having a tight.ish thigh, so I'm kind of having to unlearn that with these jeans. I'm looking forward to pairing them with something other than a tee to see how that all works. There's no doubt its a classy cut though.

That's a pair of custom boss on the MP last in the picture. I'll see if I can get a better picture tomorrow. I have a new pair of rough out burlap boss coming in soon and I'm really looking forward to wearing them with these jeans.

I think this cut works fantastic with anything you pair it with. I tried on T's, UHF's, chambrays, westerns, trucker jackets….and it looks great with everything. The most versatile IH cut imo.

@neph93 Your post on 888 fit got me wondering…. I am 6'1" with a 35" inseam, so a very different frame than yours (190 lbs).
I don't have the 888 yet but I'm strongly considering buying it. I have a 634 that I don't enjoy wearing as much as a 633 from Self Edge.
Do you think the 888 would exaggerate leg length in my case? In bodies like mine, would you recommend other less tapered cuts such as a 634? I ask because I don't trust my own sense of style at all and I find I wear/choose mostly influenced by habit and whatever I'm used to from previous years. Thanks for any insight!
