very nice guys on all the fit pics. This cut looks damn good..I'm a bit iffy on the thigh too, I could use a bit bigger but mine will be here today and I will find out soon enough.
Thighs are ok. These appear tighter then they are, like all heavy denim jeans when you wear them for the very first time. If you wait a couple of hours and then take the first pic, they will appear as baggy as they are!

I didn't get one from this run because of the thigh as well; I was hoping for a little bit larger.
I didn't get a pair because of the thigh. It was smaller than expected…

13" is the minimum I shoot for on my thigh measurements and the 888 in a tag size 34 shows a 12.9" thigh so I'm thinking I should be good.

Tell me about it. In fairness I do live above the arctic circle, so it's a bit out of the way. The biggest issue is that UPS don't have any presence in Norway, and in addition all shipping comes by actual fucking ship. So my jeans left Gos Vegas on Monday and aren't even in Norway yet. Danny from R&H once shipped DHL Express to me, it took two days. Bloody marvellous.

Oh…I didn't realize the measurement table had been updated again. A 35 might actually be better for me.
Oh yes, so it has.
It's interesting looking at that table, how the front rise creeps up proportionally higher than the rear rise as the sizing goes up.

Received mine today and damn does it feel good to be back in the 21oz fabric again. Forgot how great this fabric is.
888 cut is great. IH nailed it. It's exactly what it should be and probably what everyone who doesn't have it yet is expecting it to be. I'm not going to say it's the perfect fit because IMO there is no perfect cut/fit, just cuts that I prefer and then certain cuts that I feel like wearing when I want to change it up for a day or so. I will say that the 888 and 634 are by far my favorite cuts though. I will be wearing this cut quite a bit and I will be buying more fabrics in this cut as well. IH nailed it.
I'll post some pics tomorrow when I've got some energy.

The thigh for my normal 36 size seems like it be just right. I hope the thigh adjustment is only maybe 0.2-0.3 larger than current at most.
Don't forget with the 21 they have a good bit of stretch once worn, so my fav 13.6-13.8 thigh measurement wouldn't worry me with the 21.
If I didn't have the 21 in the double knee I would have been all over these. Now if this cut comes in the 14oz denim….I wouldn't be able to resist! I know sales will sway the decision, but any chance of knowing if that's in the future @Giles ? I have been tempted to grab the 633 14oz, but I'd wait for a smaller waist and slightly higher rise on the 888 as fall is near anywho.

I'm going to bore you all by sharing the pain of my pair's snail like progress across north western Europe. They cleared customs in Oslo early this morning which means there is a faint chance they might make it 1500km north by tomorrow… if not I have to wait until Monday ::)
