Really happy with everything about them,but,then again, that's been the reacurring theme with me this year. Between these,the 2 Pronto/IH collabs.,and the 777XHS I got last summer I'm done. Famous last words.

They're really cool,anticipating getting a lot of wear out of them. They(Not exactly sure who) hooked me up with the ones that had the highest rise in my tag size,so they're almost like our beloved 555s.

I'd love a pair of these but there is no chance I'd get in a pair. Some of the 777's have a thigh/waist ratio I can get away with but these aren't close to being one of them.

I love the 555 too but they are often borderline. I have the 555-03 with a great fitting top block and a thigh fitting that Slash would be proud of, and the 555N with a perfect leg silhouette and a top block Eminem would enjoy    ::)

I'm crossing fingers for the 888 to come and solve all my tapered jean problems

@neph93 Here's another cowboy boot pic.I think it looks cool with a small cuff,which accentuates the turquoise stitching. Also like the way it looks with the red selvedge stitching.

Lucchese are really great,I have several pairs. My favorites these days are made by a company called Old Gringo. The boots in the picture I've had for 14 years now are made by a company called Liberty Boots. They are the single most expensive article of clothing I've ever bought,and they retail for $500 more now than when I originally bought them.

Yup, true of my wardrobe as well.  I paid more for one pair of boots than I did for my first two cars.  Combined.

Bought a VS 777 from Vater und Sohn after the 555-03 i got of the Sale didn´t fit (because of my lack of measuering Skills not because of IH, Alex is an absolut Legend even when it comes to helping difficult Customers like myself). When the 36 Length is cut down to my stubby 30 i´ll post Fit Pics.
