@louisbosco - I'm working on it this week, rest assured the rooms are all booked!  I just need to reconfirm with a few people, because I don't want to release any rooms until I know for sure they are not needed, but I also don't want to keep and and end up paying for rooms that won't be used - all will be finalised before the end of July.

Sadly neither myself or Jules ( @Black Orchid ) will be able to attend Giles's Kanreki Weekend as we are both taking part in the Bristol Half Marathon on Sunday 17th September 2017. We are sure you guys will all have a great time

Hi @louisbosco - yes, indeed they have and I will be in touch before the end of the week to confirm everyone's individual arrangements (and - if not already done - to let you know the cost!)

Is there any unofficial event planned for Friday evening?  I'm assuming several people will be in town then.

Hi @DrPat - yes, I think quite a crowd of us at the last count!

Within the next couple of weeks, I'll send out and post information on what's happening.  G and I need to discuss the Friday evening, because we'll be so busy on Saturday we may ask everyone to look after themselves in terms of eating, and then nominate a bar to meet up from around 9pm.  Once we've made a plan, we'll make sure everyone knows!
