Changes To The Mod Squad

We have been discussing internally what we need to do to re-invigorate the forum.
It still serves a VERY useful purpose, and membership is still rising and the number of concurrent users is also on the rise. That indicates to us that the forum is a valuable resource, but member interaction is falling.

We need (well, want) to fix this or at least give it our very best shot.  I think @Chris summed up where we are with the following comment, "This place isn't going to get any better with a bunch of old guys reminiscing about how things used to be awesome."

So what are the changes? @Chris and @DougNg are stepping down.
I can't even start to quantify the help, support and guidance they have given me over the years.
They are both close friends and without Doug's encouragement when I was thinking about whether we should start a forum or not, it would not exist.  For the record the Forum was @hectic 's idea, I did not even know what one was, so I asked around and after initially laughing at the idea, it was Doug who told me he thought it could work.

So the new blood?  I am delighted to welcome on board, @manufc10 , @neph93 and @UnTucked. I feel really confident that these guys will help make this place more fun and interactive.

Watch this space and a few other places on the forum.

One of the first things we will do is try and make the place a little more streamlined and easier to navigate, expect that to start happening soon.
