@Sreeni I have no idea.
Size variance from the mean varies from model to model, denim to denim, workshop to workshop, seamstress to seamstress. In broad terms, the heavier and stiffer the denim is, the larger variation we get from the mean, but we don't log that sort of information….
@Giles Alright, thanks a lot!

The patch on my 634S are beginning to crack. I've never soaked or washed them. That happen to anybody else?
-
@Matty123, how often do you oil the patch?

Mink oil is cheap and if you whack it on both sides and edges you won't have to do it more than two or three times a year, depending on wear/washes etc. That being said I've taken to smearing olive oil on mine whilst I cook. Does a great job. (Credit to Mr. G. Padmore for that one).

Righteous. Thanks for that tidbit

don't know if this has been answered before but i'm curious why some shirts have the chainstitch runoff while others don't. I noticed that pretty much all Western UHF's don't have it but denim Westerns do. likewise, the UHF workshirts have the runoff as well as other random workshirts. Is there any significance to this?

Hello @Giles. Are there any raw 634 jeans in the works? In any weight. Collaborations or otherwise? Thanks
-
By raw you mean unsanforised and unwashed. If so, only these:

And nothing being worked on.
Sanforised and unwashed:

Mink oil is a product I actively avoid, for the same reason that I won't wear fur.
There plenty of ways to take care of leather without killing yet more poor beasties. -
Good man.

Here are our "rules"
All our shirts that have a gusset will have chainstitch run-off
All our workshirts have a gusset
Westerns typically don't have a gusset unless we want it to look more workshirty -
Makes sense. Thanks

Any website developers out there who want to discuss a project with me please drop me a PM. Not denim related

You should probably talk to a lawyer, too. Obscenity laws vary a lot from country to country.

Funny you should say that …...
