It looks too similiar to a red/black ombre (whose rerun I am hoping for).

Strangely enough (And not that it matters), seeing the re-weave has made me fall in love with the faded one

For my part I like that the contrast is stronger. Feels more like the original concept that JD (?) came up with. The white also sets it apart from the other 2-tone ombre's.

I like the ghost version best.  I'd never seen a worn in look created by just the material itself, not a post weave treatment/distressing.  Looked very vintage though brand new.

Still really dig the new color, just not as unique.

Not happy with the new colouring. 
The faded prototype looked very special in comparison to all the other ombres / UHF's so far.
Whatever - my wallet rejoices about every less item on this 'tooo long F/W want list'. phew
