I went with XXL since that was the only one left.  I would have probably been in between sizes, but I'm happy with it.  I hot washed it twice to get the shrinkage out which was significant.  It's a great overshirt.

I think the shoulders are a little wide….wish it was at least an inch shorter on width, but love the vest. Glad I didn't get the XL, seeing if I can swap for a medium.

Based on the picture,it looks like it fits you perfect,especially if you want to wear it while riding.
