    @Giles:

Yes.  Overall DHL were positively shite.  They lost more packages in 2 months than we have ever lost with UPS, they misrouted a massive amount of parcels, they consistently fed me bullshit which cost us $100's in charges we should not have been hit with, when they mis-billed me and agreed that they had indeed mis-billed me, told me to raise a case for a refund.  And to cap it all, I had to get on my bended knees to plead for daily pick up later than 14:00.  Oh, and their online shipping system is a heap of cow dung, that wasted us minutes per order.  It was not a very pleasant experiment…...

Ah I see, that is rather unfortunate.  Well I don't blame you guys at all for changing back then.

I'm cool with it.  We tried, it did not work.  I love trying new stuff out.  If it works all for the better, if it does not then revert and move on….

and honestly I have never had any incidents with UPS either, but it all boiled down to the simple fact that doing the signature release was so much more user friendly with DHL than it is with UPS and that one simple thing made getting deliveries from IHUK so much smoother.

With DHL I would get a text or email on my phone saying I have a package coming and with a couple clicks of a button on my cell phone I could waive the signature release and have my package waiting at my door for me within two to three days from shipment.  I literally spent 25 minutes yesterday on my UPS account online trying to figure out how to waive the signature and eventually I had to contact customer service to figure it out.  After all of that they told me it's still up to the drivers discretion whether or not to leave the package at my front door and if they don't I have to pick the package up from a UPS hub some where in town.  Extremely inconvenient.

with that being said I do have the option to have it delivered to a local UPS store by my house but that pushes the delivery back one to two days.  First world problems I know and maybe a selfish voice of concern, but just wanted to explain where I was coming from.

You can waive signature with UPS.  Just tell us when you place the order (in the comments field).

This is what we say in FAQ's…

Because of the high value of our goods, our default is to send your order with the requirement for a signature on delivery.  We can waive the signature requirement, at your own risk.

Instances of non-delivery are very rare, but if you request that signature on delivery be waived and the package goes missing after arrival at your local depot we will not accept responsibility for the lost goods.

Aha, ok I didn't know this.  Thanks for that info I will keep that in mind on my next order.

can you look at listing the sizes with alternate waist measurement methods? when the front and rear rises differ substantially, the IH way of measuring the waist can create some unexpected dimensions

if you imagine a cylinder or tube cut at an angle (which is similar to the difference between the front & rear rise), the steeper the angle, the longer/bigger the IH way of waist measurement will make the waist dimension

I would like inner wrist buttons on shits (especially work shirts). I don't wear a watch and like mine tight, but might be in the minority…

Might be totally missing something here, but I think it would be nice for the "Jean Styles" section to have it's own gallery and/or a picture for each cut so one can more easily do side-by-side visual comparisons of the cuts…

We tried.  It's really, really difficult (I thought it would be easy), but when I asked Tom and Haraki it was like I'd asked them to define the 5th dimension in no more than 10 words….

                            So here's a challenge.

I'll give USD200 in gift vouchers for the first person who can do that using the IH-634S as the reference cut.

If you show me the url for this ' jeans styles' I can take a crack at it. I could at least arrange the cuts from slimmest to most roomy.

Also might have needed some kind of resizing so the pics could be next to each other, therefore one cut per row…

That's a good idea (and we can do a side shot of the 1955 no probs).  I was thinking of creating an accurate outline image of 634 with actual waist of (lets say) 33 and then doing the same with 555, 777, IHXB01, 1955, 461, 666 etc and then having the facility to overlay any on any…..

They way I'm imagining it is more like a diagram where the outline of the 634s (I'm thinking like an image of the 634s folded lengthwise) is the basis, and then you illustrate the contours of the other pairs within that outline, so you can see how drastic the difference is in the rise, thigh, knee and taper.

I can take a shot at this, but I'm a hand-drawn type, so y'all with computer programs might be better suited to get it done quicker…
