1st soak nearly hot as warm can be soak plus a machine rinse ultra gentle spin. 6-7 weeks daily wear in light/active conditions. Then a cold shower stretch massage rinse hang then squat in cold and damp. Stubborn is right. Incoming Triple ring/dog tag keychain to decorate.29" waist

I did this as I stretched and straightened them. I have at least temporarily uncuffed them. To let it find it's home in stead of forcing it. Freezing cold showers during upstate NY winters don't happen very often for a reason; you dont get to step out into something like 24+ degrees and I was in a hurry.
