Random thoughts after spending some time trying on many pairs of jeans, and fondling many more, I can honestly say that nobody is producing the variety and quality of denim that Iron Heart is.
The new 14oz OD is incredible, lighter but amazingly tough, the raw 21oz is hard and rigid, totally different animal to it's washed brother, the 17oz natural is full of character with amazing depth of colour.
Great work by all the team at Iron Heart, our denim wearing future is in safe hands

At risk of being sacrilegious, the lighter denims are appealing right now. My 1955 UHRs are still my favourite Iron Heart jeans, but they're too hot to wear for much of the year here. In fact, the new 14 oz raws look very interesting…
I did snag a pair of the IH-708 Hickory cargo pants a few weeks back, and they're great for the summer. But they're going to need a lot of wear to get to a decent state of evo.

Slightly related: I've got three different kinds of IH pants incoming… One herringbone, one jeans, one whipcord... I can't wait to fondle and abuse the lot...
Giles was packing those up while I was learning how to chain stitch a hem.

Back to work tomorrow after a great Christmas and New Year break, so decided to cheer myself up by booking a holiday to California for August
