Olive for me, also excited. But I've ordered by measurements and not by what Sam and Giles wears which now has me a quite nervous as well as excited. They sized up from normal and I haven't [emoji51]

@Winchy  did you get to try one on? If so, what size worked best?

Grey incoming!  I think this is going to be one of those sleeper pieces that can't be appreciated until it has some good wear in it.

How heavy is the wool and woven? Would be a great outer shirt if heavy enough. Right now I can't afford anything, bills and more bills due soon. Shall see if still around in a month or two time frame.

It's nowhere near as heavy as one of the old Meltons.  I am not in UK, so can't estimate weight myself, I have asked H to give me a guesstimation…..

VMC are getting the charcoal - that's it.

                      What is VMC?

@neph93 - I think I will stick to dry cleaning when necessary. However my red Melton CPO did mark pretty easily, but a quick damp rag usually did the trick in terms of spot cleaning.

I agree. Washing machines and wool are a disaster. Perhaps 20% nylon is different but I wouldn't bet my shirt on it.

Those are my principles, and if you don't like them…
                              Well, I have others.

Easily my most anticipated release! Looking forward to testing it out next week!

I've machine washed my melton a couple of times. No problem at all. Slight shrinkage though.

I'd be picking one up if I hadn't just bought a jacket from our local Philly guy. Shucks, they look utterly fantastic!
