It is pretty sour, though I thought it a bit less so than the one I drank last night.

GET OUT OF MY HEAD!
I drank that exact same beer last night. Agree on the analysis, too.
Wow, that's so weird…
Tonights menu.
First up: Jester King and Live Oak Kollaborationbier.
Exactly my kind of beer. Funky, bright and full of hay. Could drink this all day.
Next up (currently): Knee Deep Hope-Trio triple IPA.
Heavy hitter at 11%, but it hides it well. Super hoppy and juicy.
I usually am not big on really hop forward beers but this is tasty.
We'll see how I feel about the 11% in the morning.

Was really good!

Another (short) heatwave happening right now in Belgium… But autumn weather next weekend, so there's light at the end of the long, long, long, and warm, warm, very warm tunnel...
And there's more good news... You all know how much I love GOUDEN CAROLUS' CUVEE VAN DE KEIZER... I have some red, blue and whiskey infused bottles in the fridge... One of thé best Belgian beer(s) to age... And now, there's a new version!.. Cuvée van de Keizer Rood blended with three year old Boon lambic, aptly named Cuvée Sauvage... 9.8%... And I'm picking it up tomorrow!..

Trivia Tuesday.
First up: Ayinger Oktober Fest-Märzen.
Not usually a big Oktoberfest guy, but this one fits the bill.
Next: Clown Shoes Space Cake.
Solid double IPA. Clown Shoes doesn't disappoint.
And not pictured was a pour of The Bruery Share This: Coffee. One of my favorite coffee stouts as of late.
