That Double Barrel Jesus though [emoji7]

This was surprisingly solid without being anything more than that.

And it's been too long since my last one of these:

I really enjoy that Storm King, but the fresher the better. The hops need pronunciation in order to get that damp fresh rain effect on the palate

Bourbon: because living in Kentucky just makes you want to drink

I had one ages ago but was non-plussed. Picked up two more as I fancied an impy and my store was poorly stocked and it's certainly better than I remembered. Maybe these were fresher. Certainly has a nice dry bite to it that was unexpected.

My experience with Victory beers has been that they're more age dependent that most.  The Storm King is better when it's fresh, the Golden Monkey is better when it's aged, etc.  Mostly doesn't seem worth the trouble of remembering.

Dupont x Lost Abbey collab saison. I like it, but somehow it doesn't feel balanced.

Not my fav style, the Flemish Old Brown (despite being named after my region), but this ticks all the boxes… @Chris - this one is right up your alley!.. (That's what Gav said…)

Different to Duchesse de Bourgogne (which I do like), a drier, altogether smoother experience. I wasn't sure at first but I enjoyed it.

Finished yesterday evening off with this three year old bad boy. Very. Nice.

Nice to have this one still hanging around at the shops, great summer beer.
Not my favorite beer from The Bruery, but solid.

Bought a six pack of this last night and ended up drinking the whole thing!  ???

Had an Amager tap take-over at a local pub yesterday, but I forgot to take pictures..

These beers were on tap at least:

                              1. Amager - Bobsleighing in April
                              2. Amager / Edge Brewing - Granny With A Gun
                              3. Amager / Haandbryggeriet - The Unbelievable Norwegian Alligator Dong Flop
                              4. Amager - Ganz Besonders
                              5. Amager / Goose Island - RyeKing
                              6. Amager / Fonta Flora - The Lady of Cofitachequi
                              7. Amager - Who IS John Galt?
                              8. Amager - Lubricated Labrador

Loved Rye King and Granny with a Gun.

Dieu du Ciel… They've yet to disappoint me... Mix of an IPA, dryhopped saison, and a sweet tripel.

And 10.2% = perfect (at 341 mls, crazy Canooks!)...
