IH-666-UHR - Ultra Heavy - Devil's Fit (Slim Cut)

On the one hand, I'm very pleased to hear some kind of UHR will continue. On the other I fear the 777 may not be the cut for me. Haven't tried it on but the very mention of the phrase "low rise" inspires visions of my own 42 year old ass crack being displayed for the masses. No-one wants that.
As a fellow 40+ IH devotee, I can reassure you that the rise on the 777 cut isn't as low as I was expecting. Cut is golden IMO - that extra bit of taper makes all the difference.

@GingerMagician likewise, and you're right, I really do need to try a pair on, but I fear that while your refined physical build will suit most things, my thick afro-bum needs the carefully tailored confinement offered by the 555's and bb's, or indeed these 666's.

Hey guys, i've got an IH-666 UHR. Pretty Heavy pair of Denim!
Do you guys have any experiences how long it will approx take until it's broken in. It's my first pair of Denim which is over 14oz and it seems kind of hard and fits tight so i have to keep the first button open.
By the way i soaked it ones in cold water, so it shrinked a bit. Will the waist stretch back? Seems like it will be a hard piece of work! Thanks for your help! -
Like Neph says, with some perseverance they will start to soften and stretch but be wary that there may still still be some shrinkage left in them so it'll be worth wearing them for as long as possible before giving them another wash/soak.

The new 21/23oz UHR denim is very similar to previous - was woven on an older loom with a very slightly looser weave. Basically it's the same denim but the sizing on these is coming up pretty different from the last run, so the sizing chart and photos on the 666-UHR webpage are being updated.
