I did a barter with a local silversmith named Waddie Crazyhorse, and this is the buckle I got. It obviously needed a nice belt 🙂 The buckle is crazy thick by silver buckle standards. Seriously a badass piece.

Thanks! And a big thanks to Waddie for the incredible buckle! Without it, my belt keeps falling off 🙂

Here's Waddie's site if anyone wants to check it out (He's a good dude): http://www.waddiecrazyhorse.com

There's a great belt shop, buckle shop in Ashville, NC. Definitely worth checking out.

I use a Mister Freedom Liberty belt and like it a lot.

Here's a picture of my Terry Dear belt. Its about 45mm and the leather is about 5mm thick. I think Terry makes the highest quality belts. I think this only cost me about £50 a couple of years ago. He is always willing to work with you to meet any customisation you have.

Here's some more of my belts.

First up my Sugarcane garrison belt. Believe it or not this started out as natural leather. It has seen a lot of use

Next up my black Atelier la Durance belt. The leather is not so thick but it is quite wide(?), around 50mm

My daughter LOVES my IHB-04 and has been wanting a belt the same color. I finally had time to make her something this morning. The leather is oak tanned and around 6 ounce. The keeper is actually cut from a 60's Bosca leather envelope that wasn't otherwise salvageable. Never mind  the buckle as it's junk off one of my wife's belts from the early 90's (finally clearing out her old stuff [emoji849]) It will be in the rubbish bin after I sort her a brass one. Anyway, here it is after a fresh coat of LP!

Love it. Great present. I'm sure she'll be pleased. Have to wait until she's a little bigger for the monster IHB-04 belt, eh?
