Went to my favorite bottle shop yesterday and they surprised me with a gift, a very very great gift. Hopefully the Zombie Dust lives up to the hype.

So far so good, beer is at a nice 42 degrees. Only thing I don't like about the fridge is that the light is either on or off, no door trigger.

Spent the day yesterday working/pouring beer at the Upland Sour and Funk Fest.  Tons of good beers.

Prairie had some solid showings.

Uplands "Lambic" series was super solid as well. Had the Persimmon and the Paw Paw

Seventh Sun out of Dunedin, FL really stole the show for me.  Strawberry Alarm Clock and West Coast to Coast, their collab with cascade brewing, were both fantastic!

We have also hidden some of this away in a Heaven Hill barrel and an Ardbeg barrel, so keep an eye out for them sometime too.

So there shouldn't 've been peat unless you had the Ardbeg BA version…
