I like the B's in UHR. A higher rise & more room up top with the slimmer  cut below. Of course if you're as lanky as some of the feckers here   that might not matter.  I'm lusting after the BB in 18oz myself.  Along with the 101 in 18 and enough others to convince me I've got a problem…and it's a bad one. With apologies to the late Gil Scott-Heron.

Go for either 634-UHR or the BB-UHR since you already know the 21oz (634-BLK only being its black counterpart). The UHR is a hell of a fabric: full of character, tough at first but then comfy to the max.
