Hi all,
as some of you know, my internship at IH was part of my bachelor's degree and so is my thesis that I am planning to write this summer.
I will write about customer and brand loyalty of (heritage) brands/ manufactories and decided to include expert interviews and at least one survey. Depending on how this one goes, I'd also like to do an IH survey at a later point.
For now, this one is for all you Red Wing Shoes owners out there! The survey will take approx. 6 minutes and is available in English and German.
